Plant growth regulator in tissue culture and cotton defoliant. It is absorbed via leaf. It stimulates formation of an abscission layer in leaf petiole which results in the desiccation or shedding of foliage earlier than would have occurred naturally. It is used for cotton to facilitate harvest.

Application: The dose shall be determined according to the plant density and growth condition, generally 100g of 50% wettable powder in 50-70L water is used as spray for a typical 666m² of field with 5000 cottons.
